WE LOVE DISNEY
MUSIC OF JOY AND MAGIC
Rainbow Connection from The Muppet Movie by Gwen Stefani
"Rainbow Connection" is a song from the 1979 film The Muppet Movie, with music and lyrics written by Paul Williams and Kenneth Ascher. The song was performed by Jim Henson, as Kermit the Frog, in the film. In 2020, "Rainbow Connection" was deemed "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant" by the Library of Congress and selected for preservation in the National Recording Registry.
For the song that became "Rainbow Connection", Jim Henson told them that the opening scene should feature Kermit the Frog by himself, singing and playing the banjo.
This song makes me feel happy and relaxed. Songs like this makes me feel good about myself. “The Rainbow Connection” lends depth and humanity to a character who is mostly fabric and foam. This song is part of me.
Colors Of The Wind from Pocahontas by Tori Kelly
"Colors of the Wind" is a song written by Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz for Walt Disney Pictures' 33rd animated feature film, Pocahontas (1995). The film's theme song, "Colors of the Wind" was originally recorded by Judy Kuhn in her role as Pocahontas. A pop ballad, the song's lyrics are about respecting nature, physical and spiritually, finding its roots in indigenous Native American culture, perspectives which have later been adopted in both literature and spirituality.

The phrase “paint with all the colors of the wind” means to experience life to its fullest and enjoy all that nature has to offer. It’s a reminder that we should take time to appreciate the simple things in life. This is something I do almost every day. This song helps me enjoy life.
